Since being established in 1999, we have been certified in the National Minority Supplier Development Council as a woman-minority-owned staffing business.

Teresa Carter started in the staffing business 15 years ago as a recruiter and has been through all phases of the business culminating in 1999, when she started her own business, CFA Staffing.
